These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
They cover the website only. Club rules, competition conditions, dress code and membership terms are separate documents, available from the clubhouse.
Visitor tee times are booked through intelligentgolf, reached from the button on our visitors page. That booking is made on their site and under their terms, and a tee time exists only once it is confirmed there. We may still be unable to honour a booking where the course is closed, a competition is in progress, or the sheet is full, in which case we will contact you.
Submitting the society and group form on our visitors page is an enquiry, not a booking. It reserves nothing until we have confirmed the day to you directly.
Green fees shown on this site are the club’s standard rates and are given in good faith. They may change, and concessionary rates carry conditions. The rate confirmed to you at the time of booking is the one that applies. Society and group packages are quoted individually.
The course is parkland and its condition varies with the weather. We may close it, or parts of it, at short notice, and may apply temporary greens, tees or preferred lies. Where a confirmed visit cannot go ahead for that reason we will offer an alternative date or a refund of any green fee paid. We are not liable for other costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or omission. Event listings, opening hours and prices may change. If something matters to your plans, please confirm it with us before you travel.
Visitors are expected to observe the Rules of Golf, the club’s dress code and the etiquette of the course, and to follow instruction from the professional, the greenkeeping staff and club officials. We may decline or curtail a visit where these are disregarded.
Signing in takes you to intelligentgolf, operated by a separate company under its own terms. Your login and PIN are personal to you and must not be shared. Nothing in these terms alters the club’s rules on membership, subscriptions or handicaps.
The text, photographs, crest and design of this site belong to the club or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce them commercially, or use the club’s name or crest, without our written consent.
Where we link elsewhere, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
We may amend these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
